Since opening in September 1991, Havering Sixth Form College has provided excellent language opportunities for 16-19 year olds, meeting the diverse needs of our students and preparing them for future language studies they may wish to follow.

In order to study languages at Havering Sixth Form College, students are typically expected to have gained the equivalent of four Cs and a B (with the minimum of a grade C in the language if it was studied at GCSE). However, there are also language courses available ab initio (in Spanish and Italian) if a grade B or above has been gained at GCSE in another related language.
